According to Government Guidelines, we are allowed to operate our shop and workshop under current guidelines in terms of the COVID-19 Pandemic; I.e: Mask wearing and Social Distancing though not enforceable, is kindly reccomended till we receive further instructions from the Government.

We are able to continue operating our business and can still visit to work on your vessel,  (Our team will maintain a social distance and Masks can be worn during these visits if necessary)

We are available on email during Monday-Friday 9-5:00pm.  and by phone Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

The safety and wellbeing of our colleagues and customers remains our number one priority and we continue to maintain all of our COVID-19 secure procedures.  We ask that all of our customers help us by continuing to comply with them.

During the COVID-19 Pandemic and beyond, the safety and wellbeing of our people, our customers and the communities we serve will always be our priority, and remains at the heart of our decision making process here at Wroath Marine.

To support the UK Government’s encouragement of construction and building activity as an engine for economic recovery, we have a critical role to play in the supply chain. In order to protect colleagues and customers, and ensure our business can remain open, we have adapted our ways of working, and will continue to provide our outstanding service

We continue to follow the latest official guidance and carefully monitor the COVID-19 situation. We remain committed to working closely with Government, customers and the wider industry to maintain safety and wellbeing.

If anyone has concerns about our safe working arrangements, please raise them with the local manager Tim, or email wroathmarine@gmail.com

Our COVID-19 Risk Assessment

In line with sound Health and Safety practices we have undertaken a COVID-19 risk assessment, taking into account how we operate whilst continuing to maintain the safety and well-being of our colleagues, customers, suppliers and others involved in our day-to-day activities. Our assessment for our showroom is available below and will be reviewed on a regular basis in light of new guidance from the government.

Our Assurance Arrangements

We have arrangements in place to ensure that our businesses comply with our Social Distancing Principles and ensure that our fitters and 3rd party connections follow the same practices to keep everyone safe.

We are strictly adhering to the following:

-Social distancing rules will be in place in the shop and when we visit your vessel to work.

-Our team in the shop will wear a face covering in shops if you are visiting and choose to wear one. If you do not wish to wear one, we will maintain social distancing but do strongly recommend wearing a mask during this pandemic. (as is compulsory in all stores unless you are medically exempt)

-Before entering our Shop we do encourage that our clients please ensure a face covering is worn; to keep yourself and our colleagues safe.

-we also ask that you use hand sanitizer upon entering the store and when you arrive on the second floor of the store.

We will continue to strive to provide the best service that we possibly can. Bear with us - the availability of colleagues may impact our operation, and our ability to deliver or load certain products will be dependent on social distancing rules being adhered to by all. But, as always, we will do our best for you.

Please help us to support you by working within the guidelines.

Kind regards, Wroath Marine.
